Returns & Refunds Policy

At ONRON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment isn't quite the right fit or style, we are here to help you with a straightforward return process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Under UK distance selling regulations, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

2. Return Eligibility

To ensure a successful return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Tags Attached: All original tags and branding must remain intact and attached to the garment.

  • No Marks or Scents: Items with makeup, deodorant marks, or strong odors (such as perfume or smoke) will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Intimate Apparel & Swimwear: If the hygiene seal is broken or missing.

  • Earrings & Jewelry: For hygiene reasons.

  • Final Sale Items: Products clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.


4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Contact our support team at iwrs9898@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to our Stafford office.

Note: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the size or color you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
